Questions

Everything You'd Ask Before Starting.

Straight answers on cost, coverage, scheduling, and what coaching actually looks like week to week.

Getting Started

How do I start with Eden's Peak?+
Every client starts with a free strategy session. We talk through your goals, training history, health considerations, and schedule, then recommend the coaching format that fits. You can book a session or take the two-minute assessment first.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?+
No. Programming is built from where you are today — whether that's returning after years away, managing a joint issue, or preparing for a competitive season. The first weeks establish a baseline; progression follows your capacity, not a template.
What happens in the first session?+
A movement and strength baseline, a conversation about how your week actually runs, and your first training session. You leave with a clear plan for the next block rather than a generic workout.

Pricing & Commitment

How much does coaching cost?+
In-person mobile coaching starts from around $1,000/month, and remote coaching sits in a lower range depending on session frequency and program depth. Full ranges are on the membership page, and the Lexington pricing guide breaks down what drives cost locally.
Is there a long-term contract?+
Coaching runs month to month. Meaningful change takes time, so most clients commit to an initial block of several months — but you are never locked into a multi-year agreement.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Life happens; consistent communication keeps your program on track and avoids lost sessions.

Where & How We Train

What areas do you serve?+
Mobile coaching covers Lexington and Nicholasville, including 40502, 40509, 40510, 40513, 40514, 40515, and 40356. See the full service-area map.
Do I need equipment at home?+
No. Equipment travels to you and programming adapts to your space — a garage, a spare room, an apartment gym, or a private facility all work.
Can we train if I live outside Lexington?+
Yes. Remote coaching delivers the same programming, check-ins, and accountability anywhere — see coaching experiences.
What are your training hours?+
Coaching inquiries are answered Monday through Friday, 6pm–9pm. Training times are scheduled around your calendar during the booking conversation.

Coaching Approach

What is the Peak Method™?+
A four-step system — Discover, Design, Develop, Elevate — that turns your goals into a measurable plan and then into a habit. Full breakdown on The Peak Method.
Do you coach adults over 50?+
Yes, and it's a core focus. Bone density, joint health, balance, and independence drive the programming — one client improved bone density by 7.7% on a DEXA scan. Read the strength training for seniors guide.
Do you work with athletes?+
Yes — youth and competitive athletes train for speed, power, and durability inside their sport calendar. See client results.
Do you offer boxing and nutrition coaching?+
Boxing-based conditioning is available as a standalone experience or blended into strength work. Nutrition guidance is habit-based and built into coaching rather than sold as a separate meal plan.
Can you train our team at work?+
Yes. Workplace wellness partnerships bring coaching on-site for teams — details on the corporate wellness page.
